Company leadership

Tony Catalan, Sr., owner of Trashco Services, Inc., is a graduate of Portland State University and has been in the local refuse and recycling business for 45 years.

Tony Catalan, Jr., a graduate of Lewis & Clark College, has been with Trashco for 20 years. Tony is the account executive on many of the major accounts, attending all resource management meetings and providing insight and guidance.

Ralph Wooden, a University of Portland graduate who has been with Trashco for 40 years, was a technical advisor as the City of Portland developed the newly implemented "Business Recycling Practices" guidelines.
